ACRES <br />SUBDIVISION, LOTS 4 & N 1/2 OF LOT <br />5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS <br />RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 13 OF <br />THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />RECORD VERIFIED <br />JEFFREY K. FLA <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to Martin & Mary Lou Dean, Jr. their successors in <br />interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 847 4th Lane, <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32962,Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River county does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the common three (3) foot side lot utility <br />easements of Lot 4 and the northerly one-half <br />(1/2) of Lot 5, J.C.
