I <br />AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION 91-104A <br />J <br />1 <br />EXHIBIT C <br />RESOLUTION of the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />authorizing the <br />filling of a Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund Grant Application with <br />he Florida Transportation Disadvantaged Commission. <br />WHEREAS, this BOARD has the authority to file a Transportation <br />4sadvantaged Trust Fund Grant Application and to undertake a transportation <br />rLsadvantaged service project as authorized by Rule 41-2 FAC and Section <br />37.O159, t.$.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Bi IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD THAT: <br />1. The BOARD has the authority to file this grant application. <br />(Robert M. Keating) <br />2. The BOARD authorizes the Community Development Director to file and <br />execute the application on behalf of the Indian River County <br />• •Board of County Commissioners with the Florida l'ratumbrtation <br />Disadvantaged Colsission for the total amount of $ 8 1 <br />of Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Funds and for the total' <br />amount of $ I1,895•A0 of local funds. <br />(Robert M.
