14. Waiver of Jury Trial. EACH PARTY HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND <br /> INTENTIONALLY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY ISSUE ARISING <br /> OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
