<br />Housing Authority Revenue Bonds - Continued
<br />c. Investment Restrictions - Monies in any account created in the
<br />resolution may be invested in authorized investments which mature
<br />not later than 15 days prior to the dates on which the monies will
<br />be needed for the purpose of such fund.

<br />B. Enterprise Fund Bond Anticipation Notes - On November 29, 1988, the County
<br />issued 6 7/81 Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1988, Anticipation Notes in the
<br />principal amount of $3,900,000. These notes were issued in anticipation of
<br />their receipt by the County of the proceeds from the sale of Water Revenue
<br />Bonds. From the proceeds of the Bond Anticipation Notes, the County deposited
<br />5707,717 into the Notes Payment Account within the Sinking Fund for interest
<br />payments to be made to maturity.
