BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ABANDONING CERTAIN <br />EASEMENTS IN THE WOODBRIDGE ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT <br />THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOM 13, <br />PAGES 24 i 24A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described <br />below,' and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River <br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960 ,Grantor, to Woodbridge Development Company, A Florida <br />Corporation their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose <br />mailing address is 1396 U.S. Highway #1, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Grantee, as Follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described limited access <br />easement and landscape buffer: <br />The easterly twenty (20) feet of the westerly twenty-four <br />(24) feet of Woodbridge Subdivision, abutting the <br />westerly property boundaries of Lots 41 thru 54 <br />inclusive, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 24 i 24A of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner Eggert <br />and adopted on the 5 day of Nov. , 1991, by the following <br />vote: Commissioner Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Wheeler Aye <br />DOCUMENTARY STAMPS 1 .40 Commissioner Bird Aye <br />JIFFREY K, SARTON, CLERK <br />INDIANS Commissioner Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Scurlock Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />passed and adopted this 5 , day of November , 1991. <br />1 <br />
