RESOLUTION NO. 91-__12� <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ! ACCEPTING THE CERTIFICATE OF THE <br />COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, on November 5, 1991, the County held a referendum of the <br />qualified electors on the question of whether the boundaries of the Indian <br />River Mosquito Control District should be expanded to include Fellsmere, <br />the unincorporated area known as Vero Lake Estates, and adjacent <br />properties; and <br />WHEREAS, after the ballots were counted, the results were certified by <br />the County Canvassing Board, which consisted of County Attorney Charles <br />P. Vitunac, Supervisor of Elections Ann Robinson, and Chairman of the <br />Board of County Commissioners Richard N. Bird, and the Certificate, which <br />shows that the referendum did pass, was turned over to the Board of <br />County Commissioners, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby officially acknowledges receipt of the Certificate of the County <br />Canvassing Board in connection with the above referendum. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Sc ur 1 oc k, <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Eggert , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
