RESOLUTION NO. 91- 173 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA DEDICATING COUNTY -OWNED LAND <br />FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />WHEREAS, the County owns certain parcels of land in fee <br />simple, and <br />WHEREAS, portions of said parcels are needed for right-of-way, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the public interest and will assist orderly <br />administration to dedicate by resolution the needed right-of-way to <br />the general public, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />1. The land described in paragraph two of this Resolution is <br />hereby dedicated to public right-of-way. Said dedication to remain in <br />effect until this Resolution is specifically set aside or superseded. <br />2. Legal descriptions of right-of-way: <br />a. The East 50 feet of the West 90 feet, LESS the <br />South 40 feet, of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of <br />Section 33, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, <br />Indian River County. <br />b. The North 40 feet of the South 80 feet of the SW <br />1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East, LESS the West 90 feet <br />thereof, lying West of Lateral "G" Canal, Indian <br />River County. <br />c. The East 50 feet of the West 90 feet of the South <br />5314.01 feet of the North 5389.01 feet of Section <br />4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian <br />River County. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Bowman and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
