12/4/91(legal)RESO/Vm <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91- 183 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />FORMALLY ACCEPTING UTILITY EASEMENTS IN <br />GLENWOOD SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing <br />water lines in the area bordered on the north by 12th Street, on the south <br />by 8th Street, on the west by 43rd Avenue, and on the east by 27th <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain utility easements in the following <br />subdivision: <br />Glenwood Subdivision, Plat Book 10, Page 84 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />hereby formally accepts the utility easements, as offered to the County, <br />shown on the plat of the above -referenced subdivision. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Sc u r 1 OC k , and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N.
