(RFP), document was prepared and distributed to all interested prospective <br />proposers. Fifteen organizations submitted proposals for all or panial benefits. Several ams <br />submitted multiple proposals or options. The proposals were reviewed for completeness and <br />responsiveness to the RFP requirements and have been analyzed in relation to the lowest overall cost <br />while maintaining an adequate level of benefits. <br />We believe the proposals received permit the Cowny to continue to offer a high level of benefits to <br />its employees and their dependents and control costs. <br />The County provides a generous package of benefits and funds nearly all of the costs.
