-79 <br />PROCLAMATION <br />HONORING FRANCES L. SMITH ON HER RETIREMENT FROM <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITIES/SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />Frances L. Smith retired from the Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District <br />(SWDD) effective March 17, 2017, and <br />WHEREAS, Frances L. Smith began her career with Indian River County on May 23, <br />2000, as a Custodian with the Building and Grounds Division. On April 11, 2003, she <br />was promoted to a Scale House Operator and continued in that capacity until her <br />retirement; and <br />WHEREAS, Frances L. Smith has served this County and the Public with distinction <br />and selflessness. During her sixteen years of service, she was dedicated, and her work <br />was greatly appreciated by the employer, citizens, and co-workers alike; and <br />1VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />applauds Frances L.
