The system did not perform well, from a <br />TQOS perspective, in the measures of frequency, hours of service, and service coverage. <br />FDOT is aware that transit agencies have limited resources to provide and enhance service. <br />However, in the same manner that roads performing at LOS F receive higher priority for <br />improvements, those areas that perform poorly in transit will also receive future priority for <br />improvement. Table 15 below shows the number of measures recorded for each LOS for the 16 <br />activity center pair combinations.
