Consistent with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's requirements, <br />included with this letter are the following close-out rebated documents: <br />• Executed NSP "Grantee Closeout Certification"; <br />• Completed and executed NSP "Closeout Checklist"; <br />• Completed and executed "NSP Management Plan for Continued Affordability"; and <br />• Executed "Closeout Agreement for NSP 3". <br />NSP funds were not used to purchase equipment, therefore an inventory of purchased equipment is <br />not enclosed. In addition, the only real property that was purchased were the homes that were <br />rehabilitated and sold to income eligible applicants.
