SECTION 00520 - Agreement (Public Works) <br />THIS AGREEMENT is by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the <br />State of Florida organized and existing under the Laws of the State of Florida, (hereinafter called <br />OWNER) <br />and <br />(hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, <br />agree as follows: <br />ARTICLE 1 - WORK <br />1.01 CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as ;specified or indicated in the Contract <br />Documents. The Work is generally described ai6lows: <br />The proposed improvementsto::;CR512 consnal,=ist of refurbishing " (full depth <br />reclamation) of the dual westbound lanesfrom Rose/aRoad to USI and eastbound <br />lanes from Easy Street to USI. Also included with, the project is, the installation of <br />Iu <br />vehicular detector assemblies and. the signing and marking of'the proposed resurfaced <br />lanes. This is a F.D.O.T. Small Couq#y,0utreach.Program (SCOP) funded project, FM No. <br />4331180-1-58-01. ; <br />ARTICLE 2 - THE PROJECT, <br />2.01 The Project for which the Work under the Coniract Documents may be the whole or only a <br />part is generally described`as follows.,:, <br />Project Name: <br />County Project Number: 1139 <br />Bid Number: 201:7034-`;.; <br />FM No.: 431160-1-54-01 <br />Project Address: CR512, Sebastian, Florida 32958 <br />ARTICLE 3 — ENGINEER <br />3.01 The Indian River 'County Public Works Department is hereinafter called the ENGINEER <br />and will act as OWNER's representative, assume all duties and responsibilities, and have <br />the rights and authority assigned to ENGINEER in the Contract Documents in connection <br />with the completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />ARTICLE 4 - CONTRACT TIMES <br />4.01 Time of the Essence <br />A.
