(CB&I) wishes to pursue a 9 -month <br />extension to the referenced current contact as described below. Specifically: <br />a) CB&I would like to continue working with Indian River County, and <br />b) CB&I agrees to hold the negotiated 2015-2017 rates (contact attached) until expiration of the 9 -month contract <br />extension. <br />We likewise appreciate the opportunity to have served Indian River County under this contract and look forward to <br />continuing our relationship.
