October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014 - $75.00 per animal; <br />October 1, 2014, through September 30, 2015 - $77.50 per animal; and <br />October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016 - $80.00 per animal, <br />excluding requested euthanasia, foster pets, and out of county animals. Said sum <br />shall be paid in monthly increments, to be paid in accordance with the Local <br />Government Prompt Payment Act after receipt of the monthly Animal Control <br />Report. <br />4. The Society shall be entitled to reimbursement for animal stays that extended longer <br />than ten days at a rate of $10 per animal per day for the following times: <br />October 1, 2010, through September 30, 2011: 51 animals 213 days $2,130 <br />October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012: 144 animals 573 days $5,730 <br />October 1, 2012, through September 30, 2013 118 animals 436 days $4,360 <br />(numbers reported only through August) <br />Upon approval of this Fourth Amendment, the Society shall submit documentation of the <br />above cited longer animal stays to the County for reimbursement in accordance with the Local <br />government Prompt Payment Act. <br />Effective upon approval of this Fourth Amendment, the Society shall be paid $10 per day per <br />animal held over 10 days, up to a maximum of $12,000.00 per year during the term of this <br />Fourth Amendment <br />5. All terms and provisions of the Contract not amended by this Fourth Amendment shall <br />be and remain in full force and effect. <br />2 <br />
