Agreement for Temporary Water Service - George R. Libonati <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 8/20/92: <br />DATE: AUGUST 20, 1992 <br />TO: JAMES E. CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: TERRANCE G. PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTIL TY VICES <br />SUBJECT: AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND GEORGE R. <br />TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br />PREPARED AND WILLI F. MCCAIN <br />AND CAPITAECTS ENGINEER <br />STAFFED BY: DEP TY SERVICES <br />BACKGROUND <br />LIBONATI <br />George R. Libonati has requested that temporary service be installed <br />from the water line on 1st Street, SW to service his property at 135 <br />31st Avenue, SW, Vero Beach, Florida 32968, prior to the <br />installation of a water main on 31st Avenue, SW. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services (IRCDUS) shall provide temporary water service to <br />George R. Libonati until such time that a water line is constructed <br />on 31st Avenue, SW by assessment. Mr. Libonati agrees to pay all <br />fees required to make this connection. He further agrees to <br />participate in the assessment and to reconnect to this water line as <br />required by IRCDUS. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with George R. <br />Libonati on the Consent Agenda. <br />7 <br />am 7 <br />SEP 5 X992 J <br />
