Concrete mix design <br />b. Masonry and accessories <br />c. Reinforcing <br />5 Construction observation, limited to (4) on-site visits for the following: <br />a. Foundation pre -pour. Verify compaction requirements are met, reinforcing size, quantity <br />and placement <br />b. Masonry walls. Verify and beam reinforcing, masonry placement, grouting and wall joints <br />c. Concrete slab. Verify compaction requirements are met and reinforcing <br />6. Payment reviews <br />7. Final inspection <br />The following services are not included in our scope: <br />1. Concrete or other material testing <br />2. Soil or compaction testing <br />3. Surveys <br />4. Permit fees <br />P135 <br />
