Mr. Ryan Sweeney, Senior Planner of Current Development, reviewed <br />information regarding the proposed Land Development Regulation amendment <br />and gave a PowerPoint presentation, copies of which are on file in the Board of <br />County Commissioners (BCC) Office. He recommended that the Commission <br />recommend that the BCC adopt the proposed commercial lot split ordinance. <br />Mr. Stan Boling, Community Development Director, clarified details of the <br />proposed amendment including the reasons the proposed amendment does not <br />apply to residential properties. <br />Chairman Polackwich pointed out a punctuation error in the proposed <br />amendment and staff agreed to the language modification. <br />ON MOTION BY Mr. Brognano, SECONDED BY Mr. <br />Grail, the members voted unanimously (5-0) to <br />accept staff recommendations with the revision <br />regarding language modification on this Legislative <br />matter. <br />Commissioner's Matters <br />There were none. <br />Planning Matters <br />Mr. Stan Boling updated the commissioners on the status of the FPL Blue <br />Cypress Solar Energy Center that they recommended at the last meeting. <br />Attorney's Matters <br />There were none. <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m. <br />PZC/Unapproved 2 April 13, 2017 <br />F:\BCCWII Comm ittees\P&Z\2017—AGENDAS & MINUTES\PZC 041317.doc <br />Attachment 2 <br />P168 <br />
