The State administrative <br />processing fee of $639.00 for, the five-year lease renewal is proposed to be paid from MSTU <br />Conservation Lands Licenses acid Permits funds, Account No. 00421072-034970. <br />RECONEUENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached sovereignty submerged <br />lands fee waived lease renewal for the Archie Smith Fish House, and authorize the Board Chairman to <br />sign the lease on behalf of the County. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />1.
