Rule 62-620.335 of the Florida Administrative Code <br />(F.A.C.) requires that all wastewater treatment facilities renew the FDEP Operating Permit every <br />five to ten years, depending on permit limitations. Applications for permit renewal must be <br />submitted to the appropriate FDEP office at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the FDEP <br />Permit. Therefore, the renewal application for the Indian River County South County WWTF is <br />due on or before October 25, 2016. The following scope is provided to address these items. <br />SCOPF, OF SERVICES <br />Task 1— Site Inspection <br />MBV Engineering, Inc. will conduct the required site inspections to inspect the site and meet with <br />the plant operators. The inspections will include an evaluation of the following: <br />1, The general condition of the facility <br />2. Component, system, and process reliability standards as required by Rule 62- <br />600.400(1)(b), F.A.C. <br />3. Component, system, and process operations <br />4.
