<br />Quit Claim Deed
<br />This Quit Claim Deed made this 14th day of June, 2017 between Indian River Farms Water Control
<br />District, a water control district existing under Chapter 298, Florida Statutes, whose post office address is 7305
<br />4th Street, Vero Beach FL 32968, grantor, and Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, grantee:
<br />(Whenever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns
<br />of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, trusts and trustees)
<br />Witnesseth, that said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and
<br />other good and valuable consideration to said grantor in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns
<br />forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which grantor has in and to the following described land,
<br />situate, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida to -wit
<br />A portion of Lateral "E" canal right-of-way, as shown on the plat of Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />All that part of the sixty (60) foot wide Lateral "E" canal right-of-way lying between the east line
<br />of Tract 9, in section 23 and the west line of tract 12 in Section 24, all in township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East, as shown on said plat, lying South of the South right of way of sub -lateral E-7 (5`h
<br />St. SW) canal and north of a line connecting the southeast corner of said Tract 9 with the
<br />southwest corner of said Tract 12; all now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />Subject to any previous easements granted by Indian River Farms Water Control District over
<br />above described parcel.
<br />This conveyance is made in consideration of Grantee's representation and covenant that responsibility for drainage
<br />conveyance and discharge into Grantor's primary drainage system and issuance of a permit therefor by Grantor.
<br />Should Grantee fail to provide adequate drainage to the property conveyed hereby, then title to such property shall
<br />revert to Grantor.
<br />To Have and to Hold, the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereto belonging or in
<br />anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of grantors, either in
<br />law or equity, for the use, benefit and profit of the said grantee forever.
