CONTRACT FOR: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COURTHOUSE JUDGE'S SECURITY UPGRADE PROJECT Project No.: IRC -1621 Project Description: The project consists of the demolition of the existing 2.5' high concrete wall and the construction of a new 10 -foot high concrete wall that will surround the existing Judges parking area, along 15th Avenue, aesthetic features to match the existing courthouse, install a remote operated security gate, install a security door on the south side of the parking area, lighting, landscaping, and sidewalk upgrades to meet ADA accessibility requirements. OWNER's Bid No. 2017050 This Certificate of Substantial Completion applies to all Work under the Contract Documents or to the following specified parts thereof: To. OWNER And To. CONTRACTOR The Work to which this Certificate applies has been inspected by authorized representatives of OWNER, CONTRACTOR and ENGINEER, and that Work is hereby declared to be substantially complete in accordance with the Contract Documents on DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION A tentative list of items to be completed or corrected is attached hereto. This list may not be all- inclusive, and the failure to include an item in it does not alter the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to complete all the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
