The project be awarded to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $2,977,931.58 as the lowest, <br />responsive, responsible bid. Please note that notice to proceed will only be issued once Resolution III has <br />been adopted by the BCC. <br />b. Approve the County's revised funding mechanism to be based on Option III.
