Nothing herein requires -the attendance of the Director of Emergency Services or the Union <br />President at any Labor -Management Committee meeting. <br />6.06 This Labor -Management Committee shall meet if mutually agreed to by both parties, and <br />such meetings may be held during working hours as scheduled by the Emergency Services <br />Director. <br />6.07 The purpose of these meetings will be to discuss the problems and objectives of mutual <br />concern, but in no way shall involve specific grievances filed or contemplated or matters <br />which have been the subject of current collective bargaining issues between the parties. <br />6.08 An agenda, listing the items for discussion, will be forwarded by the party requesting such <br />meeting to the other party no later than three (3) days prior to the meeting. <br />P81 <br />
