• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - 071 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT ON LOT 1, BLOCK B, HIDDEN OAKS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in an access easement for drainage easement on <br />Lot 1, Block B, of Hidden Oaks Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement: <br />the 40' x 8' access easement for drainage easement, less and except any portion of the south five <br />(5) foot limited access easement, of Lot 1, Block B, Hidden Oaks Subdivision, according to the plat <br />thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 95 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner -'Bryan <br />Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the day of <br />2017, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
