RESOLUTION NO. 2017- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR INSTALLATION <br />WITHIN COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br />WHEREAS, there are instances in which applicants who do not remit taxes imposed by Indian <br />River County pursuant to chapter 202, Florida Statutes, seek to install wireless facilities in the County <br />right-of-way. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County wish to establish a <br />reasonable permit fee for such applicants; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the following fees are hereby established: <br />Installation fee for structures/objects on County utility poles or other County equipment or <br />structures in County Right=of-Way (per location): $600.00 <br />2. Re -inspection fee for structures/objects on County utility poles or other County equipment <br />or structures* in County Right -of -Way: $300.00 <br />3. Annual fee for structureslobjects on County utility poles or other County equipment or <br />structures in County Right -of -Way per location: $150,00. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner and seconded <br />by Commissioner and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
