PROCLAMATION <br />HONORING RANDY D. BAKER ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPARTMENT OF. PUBLIC WORKS/FLEET MANAGEMENT DIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Randy D. Baker retired from Indian River County Fleet Management <br />Division effective June 30, 2017, and <br />WHEREAS, Randy D. Baker began his career with Indian River County on July 2, <br />1982, as a General Equipment Mechanic L In September of 1988, his position was <br />reclassified to an Equipment Mechanic II. He continued in this capacity until his <br />retirement; and <br />WHEREAS, Randy D. Baker has served this County and the Public with distinction <br />and selflessness. During his thirty-five years of service, he was dedicated, and his work <br />was greatly appreciated by the employer, citizens, and co-workers alike; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board <br />applauds Randy D.
