<br />The Chairman opened the floor for public comments.
<br />Property Appraiser David Nolte asked if the figures presented included salaries, and
<br />expressed the importance of those figures in determining his budget. Administrator
<br />Brown informed Mr. Nolte that negotiations with the collective bargaining units
<br />were still pending, but funding had been allocated for a modest increase.
