Failure of the Contractor to comply with these requirements shall be a material breach of this Agreement. ARTICLE 10 — FEDERAL CLAUSES 10.01 OWNER and CONTRACTOR will adhere to the following, as applicable to any work under this agreement that is eligible for federal funding: A.
