SECTION 00550 - Notice to Proceed <br />Dated <br />TO: <br />(BIDDER) <br />ADDRESS: <br />Contract For: <br />GO -LINE BUS TURN-OFF CR 510 (90th AVENUE) <br />Project No: IRC -1715 <br />IRC Bid No. 2017060 <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br />Documents. The contract has allocated calendar days for Substantial Completion of this <br />project and calendar days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the <br />Agreement the date of Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final <br />payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br />insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br />approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br />work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br />obtained and approved.
