SAID DESCRIBED PARCEL <br />NOW LYING AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />is changed from CL, Limited Commercial, to PD, Planned Development, with the general project layout <br />as depicted in the attached conceptual PD plan (Exhibit A). The uses allowed shall be limited to the uses <br />allowed in the CL District as listed in the use table in section 911.10 by the approval process specified <br />in the same table, except that "automotive fluid sales and services" and "drive through restaurants" shall <br />be permitted uses. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Indian River Press Journal on the 28' day of August, 2017, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 12'b day of September, 2017, at which time the public hearing was <br />opened and continued to September 19,2017; and on September 19, 2017 it was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner 0, Brvan seconded by Commissioner El esohi-r , and adopted by the <br />following vote: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
