conclusive. <br />15. TERM. This agreement shall become effective upon the <br />execution of same by both parties, subject to voter approval of the <br />creation of said District and taxing, powers associated therewith. <br />This agreement shall become null and void in the event the qualified <br />voters reject the referendum authorizing the creation of said <br />District. <br />16. AMENDMENTS.
