Currently, this major site plan approval expires November 13, 2014, having been <br />extended previously under Senate Bill 360 and House Bill 7207. (See your letter <br />dated June 21, 2011, attached hereto as Exhibit "A"). <br />2. This major site plan has not been previously extended pursuant to Section <br />914.08(2), Indian River County Code. <br />3. The project has. concurrency, pursuant to its Initial Certificate of Concurrency <br />Determination, which is valid until May 11, 2015. (See Concurrency Certificate <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "B"). <br />4. The developer has maintained the property in good condition, has continued to <br />pay ad valorem property taxes, and has suffered through the economic downturn, <br />as has the rest of the community.
