<br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
<br /> CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 21,22,23 AND 24,BLOCK 4, SEBASTIAN
<br /> GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
<br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots 21, 22, 23
<br /> and 24, Block 4, of Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision; and
<br /> WHEREAS,the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose;
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br /> County, Florida that:
<br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right,title, and interest
<br /> that it may have in the following described easements:
<br /> the southerly three (3)foot common side lot line drainage and utility easements on Lots 21, 22, 23,
<br /> and the northerly three (3)foot common side lot line drainage and utility easements on Lots 22, 23, 24,
<br /> less and except any portion of the westerly five (5)foot drainage and utility easements on Lots 21, 22, 23
<br /> and 24, Block 4, Sebastian Grove Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 85
<br /> of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br /> This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br /> Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
<br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by
<br /> Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the 10th day of
<br /> October, 2017, by the following vote:
