EXHIBIT A <br /> GKE Osprey Marsh Maintenance / Compliance Proposal <br /> (12 months / October 2017 — September 2018) <br /> December 10, 2014 <br /> Revised December 23, 2014 <br /> Revised April 18, 2015 <br /> Revised September 30, 2015 <br /> Revised November 7, 2015 <br /> Revised October 13, 2016 <br /> Revised October 6, 2017 <br /> TASK I: <br /> Twelve (12) Month (Oct. 2017—Sept. 2018) Onsite Exotic Control (following 3rd year of <br /> work start up) <br /> Beginning on the date of final acceptance of all landscaping by the OWNER <br /> (September 2015), all existing and future exotic plants will be destroyed on the project <br /> site for a period of four (4) years. As a minimum, exotic elimination will be performed <br /> monthly. All exotics will be killed at the site using methods approved by both the <br /> OWNER and St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) (i.e. hand remove or <br /> lightly spray with SJRWMD approved herbicides) and the project site (planted area) will <br /> be kept (80%) free of exotics. Special care will be taken not to disturb birds, nests and <br /> other wildlife. <br /> $1,300.00 per month x 12 months = $15,600.00 <br /> TASK II: <br /> Trim and Maintain Buffer Trees & Shrubs at 8 ft. per USFWS Approval / Conditions (4 <br /> years) <br /> Annual trimming of planted oaks and wax myrtles in all surrounding planted buffer <br /> areas to 8 ft., per USFWS requirements. All trimming will be collected and taken to the <br /> County Landfill for disposal as needed. <br /> $2,150 per annual event (No trimming has been required to date.) <br />
