Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 13, 2017 <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, <br />Commissioner Solari, and Commissioner Zorc <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams, to adopt the tentative budget in the amount of $37,491,634, for the <br />Emergency Services District. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Solari, and Commissioner Zorc <br />Land Acquisition Bonds - 2004 Referendum <br />17-0921 <br />Attachments: Land Acquisition Bonds <br />Administrator Brown announced that the proposed millage is 0.2955 mils, <br />which is a decrease of 6% below the current rate. He explained that the rollback <br />rate does not apply to General Obligation debt. The proposed budget is <br />$4,588,708, for the Land Acquisition Bonds. <br />The Chairman opened the floor for public comments; there were no speakers <br />and the Chairman closed the public comments session. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Solari, seconded by Commissioner Adams, <br />to adopt the tentative millage rate of 0.2955, noting that the rollback rate does not <br />apply for the Land Acquisition Bonds -2004 Referendum. The motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, <br />Commissioner Solari, and Commissioner Zorc <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Solari, seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams, to adopt the tentative budget in the amount of $4,588,708 for the Land <br />Acquisition Bonds -2004 Referendum.
