TION:
<br />Staff recommends that the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution, release the common three (3) foot side lot utility and
<br />drainage easements of Lots 11 & 13, Block 7, Tropical Village
<br />Estates Subdivision, being the southerly three (3) feet of Lot 11,
<br />and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 13, according to the plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book, 4, Page 94 1/2, Section 24,
<br />Township 31 South, Range 37 East, of the Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.

<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously (4-0,
<br />Chairman Eggert being absent) adopted Resolution 92-
<br />178, abandoning certain easements in the Tropical
<br />Village Subdivision, Lots 11 and 13, Block 7., as
<br />recommended by staff.
