After the Original Grant Agreement was executed a <br />scrivener's error was found in a duplicative DEP Agreement Number previously assigned to the City of Punta Gorda. To <br />correct this error, I have attached an amendment to change the contract number. Please print out 2 copies and have <br />your attorney and Mr. Joseph Flescher who signed the original Agreement or the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners if he is no longer chairman. Once signed the County has signed the amendment, please mail both <br />originals back to me at the below address for execution by DEP. I will then send the County an original back.
