The staff helps fragile families to resolve problems pre-crisis, before <br /> child abuse occurs. The Healthy Families of Florida program model has proven to prevent child abuse and neglect <br /> by promoting positive parent-child relationships. HFIRC is modeled after the Healthy Families Florida program <br /> model.
