Attachment F <br />Warranties and Representations <br />Financial Management <br />The Sub -Recipient's financial management system must comply with 2 C.F.R. §200.302. <br />Procurements <br />Any procurement undertaken with funds authorized by this Agreement must comply with the <br />requirements of 2 C.F.R. §200, Part D—Post Federal Award Requirements—Procurement Standards (2 <br />C.F.R. §§200.317 through 200.326). <br />Business Hours <br />The Sub -Recipient shall have its offices open for business, with the entrance door open to the <br />public, and at least one employee on site, from: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday <br />Licensing and Permitting <br />All subcontractors or employees hired by the Sub -Recipient shall have all current licenses and <br />permits required for all of the particular work for which they are hired by the Sub -Recipient. <br />42 <br />P84 <br />
