The Capacity Payment schedules contained in this Contract assume a term of ten <br />years from the Avoided Unit In -Service Date. In the event the RF/QF requests a <br />term greater than ten years but less than the Avoided Unit Life then DEF shall <br />prepare a schedule of Capacity Payments for the requested term.
