This Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions <br />pursuant to which ("QF") has agreed to comply with and pay <br />Duke Energy Florida, LLC ("Company") to interconnect with Company's electrical <br />system. -This Agreement provides the procedures for the scheduling of construction for <br />the Company's Interconnection Facilities as well as the cost responsibility of a QF <br />Facility for the payment of Interconnection Costs. This Agreement also provides for <br />operating, testing, and inspection procedures for the safe parallel operation of the <br />Facility with the Company's electrical system. This Agreement applies to QFs directly <br />interconnected with the Company's system and providing all net electrical output for sale <br />to the Company . All requirements contained herein shall apply in addition to and not in <br />lieu of the provisions of the Power Purchase Agreement. <br />2.0 24 -Definitions <br />2.1. 2.1—"Agreement" means this Interconnection Agreement <br />2.2. 2,1—"Company" means Duke Energy Florida, LLC. <br />2.3. 2. -"Company's Interconnection Facilities" means all equipment located on the <br />Company's side of the Point of Delivery, including without limitation, equipment for <br />connection, switching, transmission, distribution, protective relaying and safety <br />ISSUED BY: Javier Pmtrrendo, Director, Rates & Regulatory Strategy - FL <br />EFFECTIVE October14,-3018 <br />
