Request to Speak from Reza Torkaman Regarding Utility <br />Policy on Tenant Non -Payment <br />Addition: Announcement Regarding Missing Person John Michael Kim <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner Adams, <br />to approve the Agenda, as presented. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman O'Bryan, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Solari, and Commissioner Zorc <br />Commissioner Zorc announced that John Michael Kim was missing. He requested <br />that the public notify the St. Lucie County authorities if they have any information <br />regarding Mr. Kim's whereabouts. <br />5.
