Nationwide Trust Company, FSB <br />457 Trust Agreement <br />(The "Agreement") <br />This Agreement including the Schedule of Investments attached is made and entered into by and <br />between Indian River County ("Sponsor") and Nationwide Trust Company, FSB a division of <br />Nationwide Bank as Trustee ("NTC') pursuant to the Indian River County BOCC Deferred <br />Compensation Plan ("Plan") to establish the Indian River County BOCC Deferred Compensation <br />Plan Trust ("Account"). <br />By signing below, signatories on behalf of the <br />Sponsor and the Plan acknowledge that they have <br />received the Agreement, inclusive of all Schedules <br />listed above, and agree to all terms.
