RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the renewal of the <br />Class "E" Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for The ARC of Indian River County <br />Inc., to be effective for a period of two (2) years commencing October 5, 2017, and expiring October <br />5, 2019. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
