�J <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Minutes are umwymed Minutes of <br />Special Meeting of September 29, 1992. <br />After approval by the BCC they <br />will become the official record. <br />Tuesday, September 29, 1992 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, September 29, <br />1992, at 5:01 o'clock P. M. Present were Margaret C. Bowman, Vice <br />Chairman; Richard N. Bird; and John W. Tippin. Absent were <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert who was in the hospital, and Don C. <br />Scurlock, Jr., who was ill. Also present were James E. Chandler, <br />County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and <br />Patricia Held, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Vice Chairman called the meeting to order. <br />FIRST BEARING: PROPOSED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDR) <br />AMENDMENTS <br />The hour of 5:01 o'clock P.
