ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (3-0, <br />Chairman Eggert being absent and Commissioner <br />Scurlock being ill) deleted paragraph 2 from Section <br />15 of the proposed ordinance. <br />Attorney Jim Wilson; representing Reliable Land Clearing, <br />stated that he had worked with staff on the burning regulations and <br />was satisfied with the recommended ordinance.
