5. No later than ninety(90)days after installation of Additional Equipment, Licensee shall hire <br /> Licensor's outside contractor at Licensee's expense,to perform an inspection of all of the <br /> Licensee's equipment to assure that it is mounted as per approved CD's and that all <br /> equipment, not just the additional equipment, is labeled as required in Section 3 of this <br /> Second Amendment. A copy of the inspection report shall be submitted to the Licensor <br /> within the ninety(90) day time period. <br /> 6. The parties hereby reaffirm their rights and obligations under the Agreement as modified by <br /> this Second Amendment.
