ORDINANCE NO. 2017 - 015 <br /> year CIP schedule and related data and analysis section of the Capital Improvements <br /> Element is financially feasible. <br /> SECTION 3. Repeal of Conflicting Provisions <br /> All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, which conflict with the provisions of <br /> this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br /> SECTION 5. Severability <br /> It is declared to be the intent of the Board of County Commissioners that, if any <br /> provision of this ordinance is for any reason finally held invalid or unconstitutional by <br /> any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed a separate, distinct <br /> and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> provisions. <br /> SECTION 6. Effective Date <br /> A certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Department of State by the clerk <br /> of the Board of County Commissioners within 10 days of enactment by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners and shall take effect upon filing with the Department of State. <br /> This ordinance was advertised in the Press-Journal on the 20th day of November, 2017, <br /> for a public hearing held on the 5th day of December, 2017, at which time it was moved <br /> for adoption by Commissioner Solari , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Zorc , and adopted by the following vote: <br /> Peter D.
