Existing Conditions <br /> Financial Resources <br /> One of the chief functions of the Capital Improvements Element is to inventory the major sources of <br /> revenue available to the county. Those revenue sources determine the county's capability to fund <br /> needed capital improvements. Table 6.1 lists the county's local, state, and federal revenue sources <br /> and indicates the amount of revenue collected from each source during FY 2015/16.
